What data we process and why
When you send us a request through the form, WhatsApp, email or by phone, we process your name, phone, email, moving addresses, date, a description of your things and any photos. We use them only to prepare a quote and carry out the move.
The legal basis is entering into and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data needed for accounting is processed to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep data
Requests that did not become a job are deleted within 12 months. Data on completed jobs and invoices is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires (usually 10 years).
Who we share data with
We don't sell data. These processors help us handle it: the form provider that emails us your request, our email and website hosting providers, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there. Some of them may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. The form is protected from bots by hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.), which processes technical data about your browser and your IP address for that purpose.
Cookies
The site itself needs no cookies. Only if you consent in the banner do we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure visits anonymously and how many people call or message us from the site. You can change your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Fonts and the site's other files are hosted on this site, not loaded from third-party servers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to retytylip@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
