Questions
What if there's no lift?
No problem. Tell us the floor and we include it in the price upfront. Nothing gets added on moving day.
Who arranges parking?
Usually a spot by the kerb for the loading time is enough. If a permit is needed, we'll tell you how to get it or arrange it for you.
Are my things insured?
Yes, we have liability insurance up to CZK 1,000,000. If something gets damaged, we deal with the insurer.
How do I pay? Do you need a deposit?
No deposit. You pay when we're done, in cash, by card or bank transfer. We can issue an invoice.
Can I change or cancel the date?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before. Just call or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you work on weekends and outside Prague?
Yes. We work Mon–Sun 7:00–20:00. Outside Prague we charge CZK 25 per kilometre.
